Dearest Olivia,
When you were born it was the second best day of my life. The first best day was when I married your Mother in the Salt Lake Temple. It was the best day ever to be sealed to your mother for time and all eternity. It was like that when you were born. I saw everything that was happening on the day of your birth. There were so many nurses helping your mother to get you safe in our lives. I don't want to gross you out with all the details of your birth because some of it was gross, but most of it was so beautiful and incredible. The second you came out of your mother I fell in love with you and finally felt like a Father and Dad all at the same time. A Father because you came from my genes and a Dad because I have never fell in love with someone so fast. Your birth was long and hard on your mother. It took longer than we thought to get you here. But you came into our lives like a burst of sunlight coming through the window. We had no clue how we lived so long without you. Now we can't imagine living without you.
Your grandmother Ephra came as quickly as possible to see you. I called and text-ed everyone that was important to me. So I could let them know that you finally made it to us. Everyone wanted to see you and to meet you. You were just born and but you became so popular in hours. You were born 6 lbs and 15 ounces of cuteness. You came out of your mommy's tummy with tear drops of happiness and a lot of work to get here. You were a very tiny baby girl when you were born. You had a pair of beautiful eyes and sweet face. You got every thing good from me and your mom. You were just a perfect combination of us.
I am sorry that I haven't finish this letter to you. I have been busy working a lot and spending time with you and your mom which you two are the most important people in my life. So I think those are some good excuses to procrastinate this blog.
Now, I have some time for this awesome blog for you, my sweet beautiful baby girl. Tomorrow is mine and our your mom's anniversary and we will have been married for two years. Everyday with your mom is amazing and I have never been happier in my life. We have changed and grown in our lives and in our marriage. Life is just a big adventure, Olivia. Life is all about the ups and downs in living. We should always focus on the ups and learn from the downs. Marrying your mom was the best decision of my life and when you came in our life you were the cherry on top of everything nice. There are no words to say that can express my happiness of marrying your mom and becoming a father.
Life is a miracle to have. To have a body and to make good choices, to become a better person is a daily choice to make. Life is hard sometimes. I didn't know that when I was kid for some weird reason. Change is always possible in life buut make sure you make good changes. I have made many mistakes in life, but I keep on learning and try to make good choices every today. That is one thing I want to teach you is, how to make good choices in life. I love you Olivia.
Love, DAD
